Food Programs at South Durham Farmers' Market

South Durham Farmers' Market accepts SNAP/EBT! Shoppers can double their SNAP benefits via the Double Bucks program to buy fresh fruits and vegetables every market day! Just bring your SNAP card to the Information Tent on Saturdays, 8 am-noon. For all SNAP users, you can use your SNAP/EBT card to receive tokens and double the amount to be used immediately or at a later date. $20 SNAP/EBT = $40 to spend at the market! We offer cash match to any SNAP/EBT, FMNP, or SunBucks user.

Please note that due to funding restrictions, we are temporarily only matching up to $50 on any Double Bucks transaction.

The NC Seniors Farmers' Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) provides vouchers to purchase fresh fruits, vegetables, honey, and fresh-cut herbs at the farmers' markets. Running July 1st through September 30th, you can use Seniors FMNP vouchers with any participating vendors—make sure to bring them to the information tent first. Our staff will automatically double your dollars to be used immediately or at a later date. Benefits can be spent through September 30th.
